Delivery and returns

Delivery

Paintings are delivered within Australia, taken off their stretcher bars and rolled in a sturdy tube, with tracking. You will need to have the painting re-stretched or framed to hang it. Choose your state at checkout:

• Delivery to NSW or ACT, rolled in a tube: A$35
• Delivery to VIC or QLD, rolled in a tube: A$45
• Delivery to SA or TAS, rolled in a tube: A$50
• Delivery to WA or NT, rolled in a tube: A$65
• Pick up in Sydney on its stretchers (free)

If you pick up your painting in Sydney, it is ready to hang on its stretchers, and there is no charge. Val will arrange a time with you after your order.

Outside Australia? Please enquire and Val will quote delivery.

Returns

Val doesn’t accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

If your painting arrives damaged or isn’t as described, please tell Val within 7 days of delivery, with photos. She will repair, replace or refund it, as the Australian Consumer Law requires. See the Terms for your rights.
